Janusz Pozniak grew up in the UK and began working with glass at the age of 19. In 1991, he moved to the United States, where he had the opportunity to refine his knowledge, talent, and skills in blown glass while working with Dale Chihuly. He then collaborated with renowned artists, traveled worldwide to teach and mentor others, providing students with the techniques, inspiration, and encouragement to realize their artistic visions.

Janusz's work is described aesthetically as expanding beyond form and function, reflecting his personal experiences abstractly and encapsulating human emotions. After nearly three decades as an artist, Janusz continues to explore and develop new methods to experiment with and advance his work, aiming to capture and convey the unique beauty of glass as an artistic medium.


When I attended the Pilchuck Glass School event in Seattle in 1998, I had the opportunity to meet the artist for the first time at Janusz's studio. At that time, he was collaborating with renowned glass artists and creating his own works, particularly impressive blown glass pieces. This artwork, also found in his studio, is a blown glass piece that skillfully integrates modern interpretations of American flag patterns, capturing our attention. Its elegant yet contemporary form serves as a beautiful representation of the soft yet resilient spirit of America as art. The piece consists of two parts: a bottom part in the shape of a bottle and an upper part with a star motif.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for all your orders will be free in the USA except for Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.    


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


If you have received an order that was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately with the description of the damage as well as a picture. You can reach us at

 In order to receive a replacement or a refund, you must save all packaging materials, the product itself, and the damaged goods until personnel from the shipping carrier are sent out and have fully inspected the package.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
